Using only the freshest produce we draw from traditional Indian recipes, with some inspiration from Nepalese cuisine, while applying our own modern twist. We use fresh ingredients in our cooking and we make our own fresh Indian naan breads, which include gluten-free naans as well.
Our highly experienced chefs have extensive experience in the restaurant industry, working in five star kitchens in Delhi and the world class Yak and Yeti hotel in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Working to make your dining with us as enjoyable as possible, our chefs draw from years of study of cookery and food standards in Delhi and New Zealand. We pride ourselves in maintaining the most hygienic kitchens so you can enjoy a full Indian restaurant experience in Christchurch.
